This hotel is in no way a 3 star hotel. The hotel is old. Run down with fresh paint. That is all.

I liked the variety of the breakfast offerings

It could use a little refreshment. Visible screw holes in wall where a frame was but not patched and painted

Location.

Not all Hampton Inns are the same unfortunately. Lobby, hallways, stairwells were clean and maintained. Breakfast was adequate. Fitness door couldn?t open and hotel had no way to open it. Shower spout and handle fell right out of the wall/tub.

We stayed there four nights and they did not clean the room the entire time we were there or empty out the garbage. When asked about that at the desk they told us that we would have had to request the room be cleaned when we made the reservation.

We love the central location to our family and the pool. Breakfast delish

We found items in the bed, clearly indicating the linens had not been changed. We were told 4 times that management would contact us to address the issue - it has now been 5 days with no follow up.Not sure which is worse - the dirty bed or the lies.

This hotel is currently in the process of completing there remodeling project. The internal look is very fresh and updated modern look, which is vet appealing and efficient.

3 things would make this place an outstanding stay... 1. More signage to direct traffic and customers 2. Improve the breakfast offerings... 3. Create a signature item for customers to seperate your hotel from the others in the neighborhood..

The staff was great from the front desk to the breakfast bar. Very helpful & accommodating. The room had microwave & refrigerator and was very roomy Comfortable bed

The indoor pool was closed The heater seemed to run constantly Shower water could have been a bit warmer

We had a king room, it was spacious, and had everything we needed. They always have comfortable pillows, and the bed was good for my aching back !

The lady at the front desk was really very nice. She had to multitask because they were short staffed.

I was not aware that the hotel was still under construction, it was supposed to have been completed already. For the price that I paid per night, I could have gotten a lot better accommodations elsewhere, but things happen.

It was where it needed to be for me.

The hotel was under extensive renovation. Construction materials and workers everywhere. They had no business staying open. My room was adequate --and I assume will also be renovated. After the work is done it should be much better.

This hotel has always been generally clean and convenient for me. And the little breakfast box was nice, to take with me.

Construction in lobby so there were sections you had to watch where you stepped. There were men running around working which made me uneasy as I was alone. Every single pillow in the room had body odor and you could see water marks shower walls.

Small TV for room. No breakfast, except for yogurt, bagel and muffin, that are 2 to 3 days old. Toaster just warms the bread, even if you slow the conveyor. Noted a few things left behind from previous guests. Coffee is not as good as it used to be. Weak

How clean it was. The big room we had and the choices for breakfast.

Location to the college

Shower was awful. Cold water and toilet was plugged

Pleasant staff.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also I prefer bathtubs to showers!
