- The pool was warm and immaculate. Staff at the front desk was so helpful after I called to tell him that I left and expensive water bottle in the refrigerator. Great people!

- Yes, first off the bed was absolutely like laying on a hard table ! Second the bathroom was in real need of work the wallpaper was bubbled up the glass on shower looked as it had not been clean as well as the floor stuff between the cracks .
- Wedding block at The Hampton Inn in Somerset at $---/night was sold out. So, we had to stay at this hotel in Bedford & it was far & inconvenient. We missed most of the wedding. We should have only been charged $-- rather than the $--- ra

The staff were welcoming and wanted to make sure our room was good.
Breakfast should be better for a Hampton Inn. Bath towels were very small. Again, we expected something better from a Hampton Inn.
The cleanliness of room was most important even though there are cobwebs in bathroom corner it was pretty clean. Also liked that the hotel was close to restaurants and attractions. The young lady at reception desk when I checked in was very polite & nice.
I wish the hot water for shower was hotter and that the hot water lasted longer than 5 minutes.
The pool was too cold I looked for this hotel for that reason and after havinga heart attack the hot tub was too hot We were there for a funeral

Hotel staff gave us wrong room and we were up there and a man got angry. We also asked to be refunded some and they said no.

We know we can always count on Hampton Inn to be clean, and inviting. Others we considered allow animals and some allow up to 3 pets/room. DEFINITELY not something we find appealing.
Price could have been lower.
