  • hotel employee has excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond!!!!! hotel employee is rude, unprofessional and becomes bothered when you ask for help and will play games on her cell phone and deliberately ignore a guest, rolls her eyes and is MEAN!!!!!!!!!

I like the rooms
