- Convenience, price
- The receptionist was very friendly. Check in process was great.
- They only had 1 room for us versus 2 rooms that we booked. Once they have us the second room, it had a smoke detector that the batteries were going dead so it chirped all night. We called and asked them several times to please fix, but they did not.
Cons -
- The smell of the carpet in the hallway on the 1st floor where our room was, was bad.
- The room had a open gap on door that allowed everything in hall to be heard in room. Felt like someone was in the room while they were walking by. The pool was not in service and we had bought swim attire just to use and the pool was out of serivce.
- Additionally the card key wouldn't work because three battery in the door key was dead. Therefore, we stood outside our room for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come fix it.The evening staff were not very friendly.
