Budget Inn Motel

I was able to park in front of my room which was amazing.

The bed felt like a hospital bed but queen sized. An older man who checked me in was not friendly;acted like he didn't want to deal with people. The environment was more of a one night stay. 5 minutes of hot water then it stays cold for a shower.

Yes!they mention about free internet service but no. These bed sheet are rip-off. They also mention that those room are clean and smoke free but that was a lie.I didn¿t sleep in room.It kept me coughing. So I spend the night in my car.

The management was very rude and the room was dirty and it smelled nothing was wiped down the doors and walls were really dirty the floor had stuff on it so it wasn't swept or mopped and they didn't give you the Wi-Fi password or anything

It was very well laid out for the four of us to enjoy. TV, refigerator and a micro wave were good to have available. Clean and not too noisy so close to a major road.

Friendly, easy to deal with staff. We liked the location, away from the freeway hustle and bustle. Since I knew the area, It was ideal for us, even though it did not have all the amenities many have come to expect from their motels.

private rooms

waited for about 10 min for someone at the counter. got an okay room but when we got to the room there was a old wooden bed frame that i had to move to get to the door. an it was heavy. DID NOT Appreciate that at all

The location.

I had ants all over my room. My bath towel had at least a dozen ants and they got all over my body!!! The clerk barely spoke English. She wanted to charge me a deposit fee because I paid in cash.

I loved the bigger screen TV & the refrigerator keep the beer cold

It needs a coffee maker in the rooms

This motel was cheap for the area. The property is fenced off, bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The bathroom rug was obviously acquired from the Hilton as it displayed the word Hilton.

The large windows face the street of a busy roadway. This would not be a good motel for day sleepers. However it was quiet at night.

The bathroom was ok enough clean towels

The heater did not work it was cold the sheets were dirty and they charge extra more than the advertise total they charge me taxes and a non refundable deposit

All the hotels in the Portland area are consistantly selling out so I certainly appreciated this place at the reasonable price and location. ALL THINGS CONCIDERED this modest place was good enough and it was okay. I have nothing negative to say.

The hotel situation in Portland sucks. If you have high standards then be prepared to pay otherwise accept and appreciate this modest place.
