Clean, quiet, had a fridge

No free morning coffee or snacks

Quite a new property - room was very quiet despite being adjacent to I5.

The hotel wasn?t very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone.

I found out when staying at the Hilton garden in Medford on Sunday day the the restaurant staff should have checked my room number for my included breakfest that I actually paid for in Wilsonville both mornings of my stay,

The room in the hotel was pretty clean.

The water pressure in our room was horrible in the shower. The water smelled and tasted like chlorine. The restaurant served horrible water down drinks that were extremely overpriced. $16 for a water down Mat Thai is ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was noisy due to the freeway and the food was mediocre

Cleanliness, spaciousness of the room, safety bars in the bathtub, friendly staff.

Our room was located facing the I-5 freeway so we had a lot of white noise throughout the night.

Some highway noise due to location, but that's a given.

Nice staff, clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds/bedding/pillows

Television - Direct TV - was barely functional & the maintenance staff could do nothing about it. 2/3 of the channels were unavailable. The shower was VERY awkward. Hand-held only, no adjustment possible to direct the water downward - only outward.

I love that it is safe and clean.

The noise from I-5 and the a/ c didn¿t work in my room. A fan in the rooms could help with the traffic noise.

Convenient location, friendly and efficient staff, comfy beds.

The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

We couldn't turn the temp any lower than 68. This is warmer than we like for sleeping in winter weather. And the traffic noise was pretty loud even late night and early morning even with the fan going all night. But the building itself was very quiet.

Proximity to my destination, restaurant staff/food, comfy bed!!

Road noise was noticeable, but not terrible (it's across the street from the freeway so some is inevitable). Certainly didn't keep me from sleeping.

The restaurant had wonderful breakfast choices, all cooked to order. The coffee is wonderful. The beds and pillows are comfy.

Bathroom fan noisy. They gave an unannounced fire drill. The alarm kept sounding on and off in our room for about an hour or so. Hubby didn't feel good and this was very disturbing. I also didn't like that there were no remote instructions for blinds.

Bathroom for ADA was perfect

So many issues. Had to wait when we checked in5pm to see if it was clean. Remote for window screen didn't work first night had both highway noise & light.Fan in bathroom so loud could hear thru door.No service to room told we had to ask the night before

The basketball court was such a great addition and entertained the kids while we ate at the restaurant. The separate enclosed dog bathroom area was amazing and helped my dog to know exactly where to take care of business. Convenient location near freeway.

The rooms and staff are great! The only thing that could be bette is the hallways need a make over and the carpet could be replaced but the room is clean and staff is wonderful !

Front desk staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

There was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, there were large stains on the chairs and the bathroom floor was covered in a lot of hair that was not mine. There was also an unpleasant smell but that did not surprise me in a pet friendly room.

The rooms of this hotel should receive a higher rating. It's the outside that brings it down. I stay here often and the staff is always cordial and helpful.

Stairs are an integral part of room access. The main stairs are a bit saggy and, in such a rainy environment, there's likely a slip and fall waiting to happen.
