Holiday Inn Portland- I-5 S (Wilsonville) by IHG

Breakfast was good. and staff was very nice and helpful

Hotel was not very secure. The hotel side doors were left unlocked even when there were key card scanners at the door. There were also no key card scanners for the elevators.

Bed was very comfortable and there was a cushioned chair to sit in when not in the bed. Restaurant/bar on site was a nice touch.

It would have been nice if the had a jacuzzi with their pool. Breakfast included would have also been nice.

First person that helped me at the front desk was great! After that, not so much. There were no clean towels or anything during my 3 day stay. I had to go down to the front desk to get more coffee (Kurig pods) and lady acted like I was stealing them

It was in a convenient location.

The pool was always closed for cleaning, they had small sign that wasn?t very visible and the staff yelled at us for not seeing it. We told them they needed a better sign and maybe clean the pool during the hours it wasn?t supposed to be in use.

Very nice room. Once we found the dining area food was very good. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

No microwave in room, no pamphlets in room explaining dining options at hotel or elsewhere near. Did not get any explanation at checking about dining options at hotel.

Location

I wasn't given a proper keycard until 10pm, they told me to keep my door cracked open instead. The bathroom shower drain doesn't work and water runs all along the floor and soaked many if my things, staff didn't seem to care that it ruined my Stay.

The indoor swimming pool and anytime access to the laundry room area was wonderful! The hotel staff and restaurant had excellent customer service! I plan on staying there again! We enjoyed the hot chocolate too!

It would be nice to have the dirty towels replaced so you don¿t have to keep requesting to get more sets of towels after so many days. The towels don¿t have taken when they were hanging on the towel rack or folded nicely. We were fine.

The bed.

Thier was black hair on the shower wall. two different places. Dirt on the chalking, Housekeeping needs to check the details to see these places.

The room was clean, smelled nice.

It seemed the front desk staff was trying to use yhe least words possible when I checked in. She barely spoke and didnt even tell me my room number, I had to ask directions to which she just pointed and said ¿far door¿

Room was decent sized and clean, beds comfortable. Hotel provided nice shame conditioner and body wash in shower and nice hand soap for use by sink. Restaurant located within hotel was nice and convenient. Average pricing and good food and service.

Nicely updated and clean. Good breakfast service.

Daily maid service was hit and miss, but they were really busy the nights we were there (convention).

Clean, roomy, comfortable bed and nice big bathroom.

My only complaint was something in the a/c unit was rattling loud and it kept us up most of the night. It was also really hot that day so was hard not to have it on. Need to update their a/c units.

Friendly staff and overall appearance of the hotel.

The elevator was broken and we had to carry luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor. The room we were assigned had plumbing issues so we were reassigned to the 1st floor wand we had to carry luggage back down and the heate/ac unit quit working in that room

Location and price

Stayed there many times but the last 2 times the elevator was out of order. That's one of the main criteria for me in reserving a hotel. I have a walking disability so elevators and automatic doors are a must. Will not stay here again.
