The feeling of comfort and relaxation provided from the rooms.
The room was clean and beautiful
We had wine glasses that we used, after coming back to the hotel after they have cleaned out room, we noticed that they cleaned our wine glasses. Very impressed by that, that was something they didn't need to do.

Nope
This was not really the hotels fault but there was a volleyball team staying there, and the parents decided to put all the players in one room. Those girls were very loud all night. That was the only complaint.
