Three minutes away from the Salem fairgrounds. Next door to a great Chinese restaurant. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Cons -

room access was via key not card, any former resident could have made a copy, door appeared to have been kicked in and not repaired, hung crooked and the outside was visible, as a single women traveling alone I did not feel safe
It was a dive. It looked like something you'd see in the red light district. It really needs some updating, with better amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot. It was very tiny, tcked in between two bigger ruins

It was decently clean, but room was very small with a weird restroom set up. It had a small desk and dessert in the room.
