I paid extra for the balcony room that was covered in literal feces

The restaurant and staff

The Noise, concert accross the way untill 10:30 at night, people laughing and yelling after the concert right in front of the Hotel and we were on the 6th floor and the noise was still loud

Clean hotel, coffee bar, restaurant.

It was beyond the hotels control. We had one homeless person outside the hotel with a knife fighting someone that wasn't there. On a separate day there was human poop on the sidewalk, that was never cleaned up by the city. Tent city close to the hotel.

The hotel was well appointed, looked brand new, and extremely clean.

Everything was very clean and professional!

The only thing that was a bummer was the traffic at night, since the hotel is right on an intersection all the cars are quite loud at night.

you have to make sure to reserve your valet parking. It is not guaranteed. also the traffic was very noisy outside. also we had a 2 queen room, there was only 1 night stand in the middle, I had to drag over a chair to use for my phone and water

Room was very clean, the bed and pillows super comfortable, the staff was delightful. I was attending events near the airport & deep S River Rd so location was perfect. Really conveniently located/walking distance to some nice restaurants & coffee shops.

My room overlooked Commercial Street and was pretty noisy at night

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very good. This hotel has a lot to offer and they are doing it right.

Everything was extremely clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Exemplary service and accomodations! This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I travel frequently.

I wasn't a huge fan of valet only but I was in a rental car so I wasn't too worried. If it was my own car, I may have stayed somewhere else based on this and I know that others feel that way as well. I overheard a few conversations about it while there.

It is near the event we had attended. Great staff service. Our room was upgraded due to bugs. Free wi-fi.

The room had lots of tiny bugs all over the glass window and on the beds. Valet parking is expensive. It was noisy. On our last day, we had a lot of luggage from the 4th floor. The elevator was out of order. We had to drag luggages on the stair
