Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The breakfast wasn’t very good.

Very dirty. The bathtub had zero drainage and filled up- it was completely disgusting in terms of cleanliness. They left us a used soap and shampoo to use, there was an empty roll of toilet paper, fridge was slimy and full of crumbs.

We always stay here when we are in Salem visiting. Staff is always so friendly and kind. Room is always clean. We will never stay anywhere else in Salem.

Our shower curtain rod was a little bent so the curtain didn¿t close properly and water got on the floor but that¿s it! Everything else was great!

Great bathroom and shower, nice bed with warm covers. Breakfast was adequate.

The largeness of the room and bathroom for my power chair. Bed was comfortable. Liked that there were not too many pillows. Everything was excellent.

Nope¿.after staying at other hotels on difference trips it was great staying in a hotel that made you feel like they were there to service you. Great hotel, service, from the front desk, to the maintenance personnel to the housekeeper. Good job Hampton

The free late checkout that was provided, easy and quick check in and the delicious hot breakfast.

Issues with: charged a pet fee while having a service animal, we provided proof she was a certified service animal. Refunded our entire stay, then charged us again for the same amount without taking off the pet fee, multiple calls later, not resolved.

It's really time to upgrade the rooms. Times are changing and so should the look and feel of the rooms. They feel old and dated with bulky furniture and older style beds

Most hotels in Salem are pretty low budget so you have to spend a little more for quality. Staying at the Hampton Inn was definitely worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable. I even got upgraded to a suite!!

This is our first trip on the road post Covid and the hotel by far exceeded our expectations. The room were extremely clean and sanitized to perfection. Staff was incredibly nice and the continental breakfast was amazing.

Clean, great location, breakfast outstanding.

The staff was excellent. They were more than helpful. They had a wonderful breakfast and a grill out that we very much enjoyed.

The room was much smaller than we anticipated.

The staff was courteous and remedied our delayed check-in thoroughly. There were even fresh baked cookies, lemonade, coffee and tea to enjoy while we waited. The hot breakfast was a nice treat as well!

No potatoes or bacon amongst the item selection at breakfast. :(

Very clean property, the hotel is well kept inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was very clean, and comfortable. Their breakfast was nice as well! I would definitely stay here again.
