The people had somewhere to go who were really struggling to have a roof over their head and some were warm to sleep.

As I said in my survey my room had rats in it I had videos of it toilet flooded, there were so many substance abuse abusers sleeping in the parking lot, there were people who needed narcan or overdosing, and it was a very very uncomfortably experience,!
