The staff were very pleasant & welcoming.
We asked to have the room cleaned & they only made the bed. Literally, nothing else. The room was still dirty & they didn't restock on toiletries and towels. We asked for an iron, it never came. We complained & weren't compensated like they said.
The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly and had all the information we needed.
There was no microwave in the room.
It was sleek, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and the coffee was wonderful. The live band was unexpected which made it all the more special :)

I love downtown, but Portland has a really serious homelessness problem. In addition, there was a shooting a couple blocks from Starbucks one of the mornings I was there. Get the business community on board fixing that.

Staff was super friendly & accommodating. They quickly answered questions or assisted with issues that arose during my stay. Also appreciated the free water bottles/hydration station, as well as detached shower-head so my hair didnâ≢t get wet every showe
Lack of on-site restaurant/market/room-service. Inconvenient for those who work all day and arrive late at night. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, the sound of the railway might bother you at night, though itâ≢s definitely not terrible.
The staff were very helpful. We had a mixup with our reservation (not their fault) they took care of it. The rooms were sleek and clean. The breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience.

Really clean room and the hydration station. Also the professional staff. Location perhaps a bit farther from downtown proper than I thought but not really a drawback. Also pretty quiet, too. Also liked the mini-fridge.
In hindsight, the lack of a restaurant. The bar has decent food - not full meals, though - at a reasonable price. Otherwise, you're going to have to go out for dinner even if you just want to stay in for the night. But good restaurants in the area.

Parking is very expensive, but the valets were right on top of it once we figured out what we needed to do. May reconsider a different hotel next time that has less expensive parking.
