- Clean, somewhat modern, room at a fair price.

- Close to Chiles Center in St Johns
Cons -
- Bathroom as a little small, but not a deal breaker. Gym also a little small.
- The jacuzzi that was advertised want working. No ice machine, wasn't working. Cups in Microwave full of water showing me they probably were not thorough in cleaning
- I did not like the false advertisement on this hotel, The listing showed the rooms were 425 sq feet and was nothing near that. Should mention this is a pet friendly hotel. Our room had pee odor in the corner. There was 20+ homeless tents about 100-200 ft.
