Clean room
NO HOT WATER FOR THREE NIGHTS STAY, I informed staff , they moved me to another room. STILL NO HOT WATER. That ruined my stay.

Love location, close to my daughter's home. Very quiet and staff always welcoming. Great breakfast. Always feel safe there.
Need elevators for seniors. Long walk up hill to meet Uber.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a king with a balcony. The only thing I could complain about was the lack of outdoor seating for the deck. This was our second stay here in two years and we noticed that our room seemed to have been updated which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The included breakfast was also a nice touch and pretty good. We will stay there again.
No chairs for outdoor seating on the balcony.

the breakfast was pretty good. Lots of selection. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us-close to relatives and a wedding. It was actually pretty quiet on a side building. I thought Canyon Blvd would have been noisy, but it wasn't if your room doesn't face the road.
The hallway was dreary and stuffy. The bed was too firm for our comfort. There was a planned power outage for one night, so we had to check out a day early. Could not have handled the room without air conditioning, and CPAP machine. They had no problems giving us a refund. Not far from the Rose Garden, which we loved!

Our second stay here. We brought our puppy. Grounds are beautiful and even though it is on a main road, there is no street noise. Beds are comfortable. Balcony overlooks a beautiful pond. Breakfast choices are many and food is good.
