Very good location. We felt it was convenient for walking and felt very safe. We also loved the daily $15 food credit. This is the first time we dined in a hotel that we were staying in and we loved it. Great food. Great service (Shout out to Raith and Cal!). Prices were reasonable. (We after there three times!)

I loved that it was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a restaurant and also full service coffee shop on site. The location along the river gave a great view from our room. I also appreciated how the staff quickly corrected a situation with our room that was a misrepresentation on booking.coms end.
There was no spa which I’m pretty sure was advertised and I saw pictures of.

Bed and pillows were super comphy. Good location easy to get around to everywhere we need to be
The front desk staff neglected to mention there was an additional $25 per night 'location fee' at check in - AND - that if I bought food on premises to charge it to my room and I'd be credited back up to $25 dollars a day. Therefore, I charged our breakfast(s) on the credit card. When I checked out they were generous with that information AFTER it was too late. Pretty shady move as far as I was concerned and so I told them as much. They apologized and said they would refund me that amount but then never did receive the credit. So not only do I feel ripped off I was also lied to. Double insult.
