Vintage Portland, a Kimpton Hotel

The check-in staff assigned us a match box room, completely unacceptable! We did change room to a much better room. The morning staff totally made us feel welcome!

I felt safe. The vibe at this hotel is top notch; from the staff to the other guests. I really enjoyed the water they have in the lobby. Super cool they have bikes for loan. Hotel employee is such a great concierge.

Parking fees. Little to no sunshine.

Hotel was somewhat modern

I was charged with hidden fees of $87, they did not have any type of streaming services or a way to stream anything. For the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it. I¿m still in shocked that I had to pay an extra $87 for a hidden fee. Wild!

Staff was personable and kind. Helpful when needed. Easy check in/out. Our room was clean, comfortable and didn't have too much noise from other guests.

The location was perfect. Put us right in downtown Portland, and then we had a nice big comfy suite to go back to with a huge bathtub to soak.

Was first placed into a room without windows. A hotel that is 4.5 stars shouldn¿t even offer a room without windows. Who wants to pay --- a night to sleep in a dungeon

Have to pay a 29 fee for a guest amenity fee. But I never saw an amenity.

Lots of fun things to do hidden around the hotel. It has some very fun things and was pretty adorable. Also the bed was incredibly comfortable and you could not hear anything going on outside the room-which I appreciate.

Room was a little smaller than I expected and I had to pay an additional $29/day for their wine hour that I didn¿t partake in. I was unhappy about that charge.

cool lobby, live jazz, well designed and appointed suite at a great price. Cheap public parking garage right across the street.

Clean, nice decor, coffee in the room

Loud. Heard elevator& ice machine activity and noisy people in the hall. Didn¿t sleep most of the night. The rest of the amenities were meaningless without sleep.

The location of the hotel was amazing, it was in the middle of downtown and close to so many things to do and see.

The mattress is as hard as cement, admittedly cement might have been softer. We took a couch cushion and placed it on top of the mattress to make it able to sleep on the bed.

Could not cool the room down and the fridge didnt work either.

Very nice inside and out. Clean and modern furnishings.

The parking costs were high. But parking was right across the street.

They have bicycles you can borrow for free, they gave us a free cocktail upon check in, wine hour had a live relaxed band playing, bartenders were top notch, and valet was fast. I highligy recommend this place.

I didn't see anywhere stating the restaurant was under construction. It's set to open late fall 2022.

$10 credit at bar, coffee in the morning, game room

Too few of channels on TV, Wi-Fi wasn¿t that great in the room, the room was underwhelming.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk representatives were very friendly and helpful.

The room cleaning was not done pro actively. We missed to inform the front desk to clean our rooms and when we came back in the evening, the rooms were not cleaned which let me down a bit but it was my miss too as they had told me during check-in.

The hotel is clean, fun, and unique. The staff was probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. They made us feel so comfortable we changed our vacation plans to return fir a few nights before leaving Portland. They made us feel like family.

bed was small for my wife & I (queen size) and only a skylight in our room which was odd.

The social hour and lobby bar were very nice.

Room was basic for the pice and bathroom was beyond small, one could not stand in front of the mirror with the door open.
