The breakfast was a disaster. Instead of a self serve buffet breakfast this hotel had a sit at a table and order breakfast…..with ONE server!! Nightmare!

When I booked this hotel your web site indicated that there was a pool and hot tub, when I arrived is when I found out there isn't any.

The staff were very welcoming! I appreciated the airport shuttle. They offered to take me back to get my luggage that didn¿t get there when I did. The room was big-super comfy bed!

The heater unit went loud, and they quickly had me moved to another room! The breakfast included option, please open it up earlier.

Location and price

The stain on the bathroom tiles and it wasn¿t scrubbed underneath the sink, tv is outdated remote had a weird stain or sticker on it and didn¿t look clean in there, water damage in the ceiling. Everything is outdated and scum in the bathroom, bathroom doo

Easy access to the airport and parking.

Very thin walls...you can hear everybody and their conversations.

The pool

They were remodeling and the whole second floor where my room was stunk of whatever resurfacing toxic chemicals. The room was not as bad the hallway .you would think they would of either vented it better other closed that part of the building .

The cleaning staff were very kind.

It was under construction. The elevators went out so we had to walk up the stairs. They could not accommodate us with a room with two beds. When we ask for a rollaway they could not provide. The front staff was overwhelmed and did not have enough time.

The waitress for breakfast was a fantastic help with information about how to get around in the city. Everyone we talked to were helpful and friendly. The front desk clerk called a taxi for us and it was there in short order. The area is very nice.

Housekeeping woke me up at 7:30.

TV didn't work properly and the smell of vomit made it very hard to Stay in.

Had to use a trash can to keep the bathroom door open when I wanted it to stay open

Room was very well laid out! Comfortable, clean and modern.

Noisy. Only issue was the airplane noise and traffic noise.

The room was damp and smelled moldy. Drapes were filthy. Bed very uncomfortable

Breakfast buffet was a confused mess with limited buffet options and a clear staff shortage. The internet access was mostly offline. We expect better service from a Hilton property by a major west coast airport.
