    Pros +

    • Best bed I ever slept in! Well located. Good value. Beautiful interior design.
    • The front desk staff were amazing!
    • Great location close to restaurants and easy pick up. Comfy bed, and clean room. the front desk extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.

    Cons -

    • Key cards to rooms weren?t working for most people which was annoying. The room was so incredibly noisy from people in the hall, to the rooms next door, to the construction going on right outside. There was a huge spill all down the wall in the room.
    • The $24.95 "resort fee" that gets added regardless of usage. For one night, these items did not add value for us: wifi (should be free), comp lounge drink, fitness center, extra coffee, bike rental, comp water bottle. I suggest making this opt-in.
    • O heatand it was in the 40s that night and the room smelled like cigarettes

They gave me a wonderful birthday card chocolates and a truly pineapple drink, very nice of them.

Location, close to riverfront, walkable to downtown area

Amenity fee - very overpriced for what is included

    4CaroljeanPosted on: 7-16-2024

The screen porch was torn, the view was terrible with homeless people camped right out of our view

    3Verified guestPosted on: 6-14-2024

    Free drink coasters

It wasn?t very clean, there was hair in the bathtub and stains around the room, the beds were too high and just way too much bedding. The room was small, not a good view from patio, the fridge didn?t work and everything just seemed old and worn down.

    9Verified guestPosted on: 6-7-2024

Great location, very dog-friendly, staff was accommodating with all our requests, great eco-friendly features such as reusable water bottle provided with easy refill station in the lobby, free welcome drinks, and of course, the pineapple theme everywhere.

Hotel is a bit old (e.g., could see caulking done in shower and missing lightbulbs in hotel sign at front) but still well-maintained.

False advertising. I paid extra money for courtyard view and didn?t get it. Had a view of a freeway on ramp and no water or courtyard view. This was supposed to be special occasion with view and they mislead me on advertising.!

    Staff, animal friendly, great location

So noisy! Some guests are terrible at parking (on both upper and lower levels) - leaving no room for other vehicles to park - and it doesn't seem like there's staff monitoring the lots.

The hotel didn't let me stay there, I was required to come up with another $75 in deposit which I didn't have. I never stayed there and haven't gotten any refund

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-18-2024

Was nice and clean and convenient.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-11-2024

Quirky, Staff was super nice and helpful. Free Drink.

    Parking was $25

    10MargiePosted on: 10-20-2023

cute and love the whole pineapple theme

there was a homeless encampment right across the street. very depressing. not hotel's fault, but wow, what a crazy city letting these guys take over the place.

    10JeffreyPosted on: 9-26-2023

Next door to Club Privata. Decent swingers club to meet n greet and although The Rose is family friendly we had no issues bringing back play-people.

    10HunterPosted on: 9-14-2023

What a cute hotel with so many little extras. The pineapple sugar cookies at the desk each afternoon and the ability to check out bicycles etc. And the bed linens and comforters?! Omg. Amazing.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-11-2023

Staff was great and complimentary drinks!

Payed parking that was very limited. Also hotel fee that you can¿t waive. Right next to homeless camp.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-9-2023

The location was convenient and the bed was really soft. Also liked the pineapple cookies and complimentary drink. Towels were soft and room was spacious.

The room could use some updates. Furniture was older and the fridge was very small. The sink in our room had trouble draining and there were some surfaces that weren't fully cleaned.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-12-2023

    The room was very clean

The hotel change a resort fee which I think is a rip off. The fee is 24.99 per day plus the parking fee which is $20. There is no amenities for them to charge the resort fee. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean
