Your advertisement was mis leading. Three adults selected should not be offered a king room. It is confusing so we had to get a roll away and it was very crammed

Excellent bed, clean bathroom, newly renovated room, prompt airport shuttle.

Overpriced, under renovation, poor temporary signage, elevator out of order, untrained and inattentive staff at front desk and at , pool closed, 24/7 coffee empty.

Clean room, fast check-in, good beds. What I want from a hotel :-)

Noise - our room was next to the road, and for an airport hotel the windows were poor. Also, at 4am I could hear our neighbour get up and pee in the toilet - not a great experience! Shower pressure was very poor.

Staff were quite helpful with our needs.

The first room we were assigned had a bad smell and we were reassigned to another room immediately after we brought this to staff's attention.

The staff was willing-& able to provide excellent service-printed directions to all the places i needed to go to. Room was clean,comfotable and quiet. The person at front desk set up my tablet to recieve and send emails. Staff friendly and helpful.

Only problem i experienced was the hotel fire alarm went off accidently and all guests had to leave the hotel ax the fire dept had to confirm there was no fire. It was a ig chilly outside.

Telephone operator must have been overwehlmed, took 30 minutes and two calls to get through!

Front desk staff were friendly. Continental breakfast had many hot and cold options. Room was clean and had lots of pillows!

Staff was friendly and very helpful when we asked questions about places to go and see in Portland.

The hotel was very clean,nice and centrally located to the airport and the shuttle service was right on time. Unfortunately, we didn't get to utilize any of the facility perks. i.e. breakfast, pool, etc as we arrived to late and had a baby in tow.

When I registered I asked the front desk to put us in a quiet area as we had a baby(4mths) She put us in a corner room, which should have been quiet, but the room next door was in and out and let the door slam on the security latch all night & barking dog

Liked staff.Nice breakfast too.pool and tiny hottub looked ok at first glance but....hottub airjets did not work the 3 nights my stayboth the hottub and pool had poor if any filtration system. Hottub had lots of particles in it. Dirty. Details !!!

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the flat screen television

Spa was in repair and there was no mention of this when I booked.

A quiet nonintrusive atmosphere and shuttle rides to nearby stores & shopping.
