    Pros +

    • it's close to moda, where we needed to be. Other hotels were super nice, but twice the cost.
    • We were greeted and checked in by Dwight, who went above and beyond in making our stay the best! Hotel employee was so kind and considerate. The room was very clean and TV and bed were so nice!! Hotel bar and parking garage were super!
    • Quiet rooms.

    Cons -

    • Money, credit card and personal items were stolen from within our room, likely by hotel staff while we were out.
    • Wish we had more nights there!!
    • Should deliver food orders up to rooms once restaurant closes. Ordered out 100.00 and was cold by time I went down and got it and no way to even heat it. 2 disabled seniors so it wasn't great.

    The rooms and location

The service was very poor. We had a broken flush in our room as soon as we checked in and it took more than 4 attempts/ 1 hour to get it fixed. Finally I had to go in person and get the room changed as no action was taken.

Young lady at the front desk was very professional.

Expensive parking ($29 a night) and restaurant did not have an updated menu so none of the items I wanted were on it.

    7Verified guestPosted on: 5-28-2024

AC wasn?t working in our room instead heater was blowing. We informed the room service they said someone will come and then we waited for long and no one showed up we had to turn off AC and open the windows to sleep inside.

The hotel is right in the middle of Downtown Portland Lloyd district. I received a warm welcome cookie after I checked-in. Room was clean, cozy, and huge. It had a couch and a workstation.

To use the hotel parking was an extra $30. The room's tv system had a remote control with a Netflix button on it, but you had to sign-in with your own account (so I wasnt able to watch any Netflix). No complimentary water for non-Hilton members.

The staff is friendly and informative.

They tried to claim I parked in a handicap spot and I had to take pictures to prove they were incorrect.

This is a nice hotel that has a number of amenities. The staff was very cordial. Stayed here for the NCAA sweet 16. About a 2 mile round trip to the Moda Ctr. Perfect for our good weather. Had it been raining, you're steps away from light rail that takes

Prior to COVID and Portland's "defund the police" crusade this would be a great place to stay. Now, the mall across the street is largely boarded up (no majors)and most of the restaurants are closed on the weekends or gone completely. Very sad.

Great location, nice staff, big rooms, free cookies.

The room was not as clean as I'd like, elevators were slow, no bell staff to help.

I really like the view over looking the city and the security was nice

Well after booking the hotel there was a 23.00$ tax but when I was told that it would also be another 27.00$added for parking I was VERY disappointed

    1LindseyPosted on: 1-24-2024

The food at the restaurant was fine, but we had to eat in our rooms to have any heat.

The entire hotel was freezing cold. You had to wear coats, hats and gloves in the restaurant while you ate. We set the thermostat in our room to 85 and still had to wear layers of clothes. Our balcony door rattled in the wind, keeping us up at night.

The staff is very friendly. It was close to where I needed to go.

I stayed for 4 nights, in 3 different rooms, and last night's bed wasn't the most comfortable

Great staff, spacious room, proximity to the light-rail

    4MuthannaPosted on: 11-28-2023

How to pay for parking. It was next to a train the train was going all night Can I get no rest and no sleep

    Location

The room was very hot, ac did not work well. Restaurant staff rude and slow.

    6KennethPosted on: 2-17-2023

Finding a way to get in the lobby when I wanted to check in was difficult. Doors were locked and the main door required a card which I did not have yet.

    8KevinPosted on: 11-21-2022

    Location

Queen bed was way too soft and cobwebs on the ceiling along with hair In shower

    6JacobPosted on: 10-24-2022

The service was outstanding! Food and drink downstairs amazing! Beds and pillows were the BEST!

Portland is a pit of homelessness and crime. Someone was shot and killed right outside your hotel right after I jogged there! Don¿t vote for liberals and get this beautiful place cleaned up!!
