- Every single person was so friendly ! Not one bad experience with the hotel staff.

- The hotel staff were very accommodating, professional, but still super nice, The breakfast was great, and the room was more than we expected. The bed was so comfortable which is my biggest thing...it was perfect! We will totally book with them again!
Cons -
- The elevator made me a little nervous but it was fine.
- We got a accessible room no bathtub on the bottom floor both doors were exit only our key cards wouldn't open the back doors by the pool we had to walk to the front (we kept our cards away from our phones) we weren't able to print airline tickets
