- Location- Easy commute to VA Hospital or OHSU. Quick access to Interstate 5. Located on highway 99w(Barbur Blvd). 7/11 next door. A dozen restaurants within a mile. Price- Costs 1/2 - 2/3 of nearby places.
- great location with gas, food, shopping within blocks. 24hr convenience store nearly next door. easy access to the interstate and the main travel routes 1/2 to 1/3 rates of other motels but still clean and servicable.
- That all of the horror stories told here were accurate... it was a hellhole of a place.
Cons -
- I stayed in the cheapest room for the second time. Everything's clean and works well, but there are things most people would consider eyesores: surface conduit to the heat pump, old gas heater not removed, patches not painted, etc.
- More cosmetic than anything and probably just this cut rate room...Newer heat pump but old gas heater not removed, electrical updated but surface mounted conduit and outlet boxes, poorly done patches on walls and bathroom door.(some not painted yet.)
- Filthy, Disgusting and very unclean...quite scary actually.
