Mostly cosmetic- water damaged bathroom door, missing grout in shower tile, poorly done painting....Rooms vary widely in condition. ,

Location- Easy commute to VA Hospital or OHSU. Quick access to Interstate 5. Located on highway 99w(Barbur Blvd). 7/11 next door. A dozen restaurants within a mile. Price- Costs 1/2 - 2/3 of nearby places.

I stayed in the cheapest room for the second time. Everything's clean and works well, but there are things most people would consider eyesores: surface conduit to the heat pump, old gas heater not removed, patches not painted, etc.

great location with gas, food, shopping within blocks. 24hr convenience store nearly next door. easy access to the interstate and the main travel routes 1/2 to 1/3 rates of other motels but still clean and servicable.

More cosmetic than anything and probably just this cut rate room...Newer heat pump but old gas heater not removed, electrical updated but surface mounted conduit and outlet boxes, poorly done patches on walls and bathroom door.(some not painted yet.)

That all of the horror stories told here were accurate... it was a hellhole of a place.

Filthy, Disgusting and very unclean...quite scary actually.

From day one I asked for refund. The room was covered in black mold . I asked for smoking room they gave me a non. They said I could change next day and didn't. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean my room. Sheets comforter pillows all stained even couch. I hated everything

Nothing. Heater didn't work. The room was in shambles with spackle everywhere. Quilts had burn holes in them. The list goes on. Towels had holes. Sketch.

Towels w holes. Burn marks in quilts. Heater wouldn't stay hot. The room gave me the eerbie jeebies. It was awful.

Only the location was cool owners seemed pissed to help you I was told I could check in early but when I got there I was given improper info on price they almost didn’t accommodate no electricity in bathroom

Location is good, sheets were clean, across from the Original Pancake House.

When I checked in there was a stack of photocopies of driver’s licenses on the counter, it didn’t make me feel safe about having them take a copy of mine. I was required to pay a $25 cash deposit (not sure what for- they had my card number) that was not advertised as necessary, the clerk did not give me a receipt for that and it was not returned to my adult son when he checked out for me while I was at a conference- even though he returned the keys, they had my cell number and I asked for 2 keys and also noted that there were 2 of us in the room. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was shimmed up with cardboard and latex gloves- and fell down when showering. The furnace in the room (not heater, floor to ceiling furnace) had the lower door off and propped against it as if they were working on it-and made an extremely loud rattling noise when it came on in the middle of the night.
