The Palms Motel

Room smelled like mildew, had no hot water so I had to shower at nearby gym.

Motel i have a hard time giving it 1 star

It had bugs it the towels carpets need cleaning it was crowded i was very displeased my girl frie6 was not happy she called it a hazard it seamed like it should have been a $---- a night room it was bad

The staff were very helpful and understanding. They allowed for a later than normal check in as well without any hesitation.

Overall cleanliness of walls, doors, floors, etc. could have been better.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, and great value.

Bathroom could use minor improvements.

Close to the MAX Yellow line allowing for convenient travel to Portland City center.

the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us in with love and joy. He even went out to check the room and made sure the room was ready to use.

Tiny walking space for 2 double bed room.

The location was great. Right next to public transportation and easy/free parking.

The room was to small for a king size bed. But the bed was very nice! The parking was free.

The shower did not work in the second room, witch was booked as a dbl bed ,and then cost more when we got there.

The room and bedding was so dirty and it was a non smoking room but smelled like a bunch of stale old cigarette smoke , also on top of that there was a pregnantcy test in a napkin next to my head which literary Made me sick! woest hotel ever!!!!

The manager was ok until the twin brother called and harrassaed me out of the room

Location. Quietness. Parking. Easy access to public transportation and freeways. Lots to do in the neigbborhood. Green tea.

I expected more, better honest service...the owner seems to get by with changing and adding additional fees to make extra pennies. Location is ideal, service and mgmt unsatisfactory.

I'm a Veteran, I was told I'm being given a discount, didn't happen...I was charged even more.

Location- it's sort of close to St. John's.

Don't give a cash deposit. They forged my cash deposit slip, actually forged my signature. Then gave me half what they owed me. I'm still in shock. I don't even!? Whatever.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Moda Center and downtown at a bargain price. Rooms were a lot nicer than expected and they have a beautifu neon sign.

The owner ran my card through twice before I arrived at the motel. When I arrived, he said "your card was rejected twice." The reservation said I would not be charged anything until I arrived at the motel. Apparently that is not how it works here!

Rooms were dirty and outdated. We paid for a smoking room but got a room with a no-smoking sign, and the entire room smelled of smoke anyway. Full size dirty fridge in the room, small walk-in shower only.

we loved having the jacuzzi tub where you can watch TV we loved having the bed in another part of the room I could tub and watch TV while she slept.

Some of the people staying there had their door open blasting music all day with suspicious looking people walking in and out throughout the day

Place is old and smelled of strong cheap air freshener.
