Nothing, outdated, dirty, smells of food of some kind, staff rude and very unfriendly, checked out after first day and would not refund anything. Almost positive the bed Linens had not been changed.

The hotel is close to the Portland airport and the desk clerk gave me excellent directions for getting there. The free wi-fi let me check in for my flight before I got to the airport.

It is close to busy highways and noisy traffic.

Convenience of location, quiet area for a good night's sleep.

Showerhead was leaking and lacked water pressure.

Location good. Close access to restaurants within walking distance.

Towels were rough

The woman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. She tried satisfy me.

This place is like something out of a film noir movie, complete with dim lighting, saggy mattress and seedy characters hanging around the property. I checked out immediately after checking in and was unable to get a refund due to their cancellation policy

I didn't like that the guy behind the counter told me at check-in that there is a $100 deposit -which was not mentioned when I booked the room.

The location is convenient for daily living activities such as grocery shopping.

The owners do not take pride in the product they offer. At the price point, it is common for a consumer to do a thorough evaluation of the room. Syringe cap, Crack cocaine, dust behind and unDer bed. Probable mold. Sick on days 3-7. Better by 2nd day out

We were in one of the newly remodeled rooms, very clean and nice.

Although there was a kitchen with full sized refrigerator and stove there was no microwave to heat food and no pots/pans to heat food with.

the staff was friendly, the parking lot was well lit, the rooms were quite clean. Exactly what could be expected within the price point.

Right by a target. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Gas stations near area also. Even a couple strip clubs that top off the whole location. And it's only about 5 miles from the airport. Friendly staff. All together a winner. Cheap too

TV needs to be updated. Can't complain to much price is extremely low and they take cash with 50 deposit. Where as other places wanted $250 cash deposit.

Nice people. Clean rooms good for business or family travel. Breakfast was okay. Good price. All and all I good place to stay while in the area. I would recomend it to others.

Just for sake of improvement. Wifi connection was slow. Cable selection was limited and no guide in the rooms. Spa is a little weird, a pool would be better. None of these were deal breakers. Just food for thought.
