My room was clean.

The first room given to me was not cleaned or made up. The second was clean, but I didnt know there was any hotel that doesnt give you shampoo. And I know that this hotel and many allow dogs, but it’s out of control. Dogs barking everywhere, all night.

Good location,and very helpful stacf.

All of their amenities are only available from 10an to 10pm. ... even the gym. So my reasons for staying here ( pool and gym) weren't open at anytime I was there. That sucks.

I like that they had smoking rooms

I booked this hotel because I was excited for the hot tub. Ice cold the first day. Next day is out of order.

Great location, very nice staff, very clean

microwave and lamp in the room didn't work, had to pay a $100 damages down payment that hasn't been reimbursed yet, the fitness room was very small with no window and the equipment itself was very old and didn't work great.

Room was large with 2 queen beds, room to move around. The building was secure. Room was quiet despite being near the freeway. Coffee place and pizza was close by. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

Easy on/off access to I-5. Convenient location. Everything you could want within walking distance.

Got disability room first night but had to change the second and couldn’t stand it...I felt like I would probably commit suicide in a room like this and got a refund

The decor could be described as suicidal 70’s and bed was bad

Location for our needs.

Most everything. The complimentary breakfast was picked over and we arrived 30 minutes before ending. The room was very worn out. Try opening that ridiculous shampoo packet! The desk clerk could not have been more unfriendly.

I liked the location and that they had a lite breakfast. It is close to Doernbecher Children's Hospital which is why we were in Portland.

I asked for a Crib or Play Yard for our baby and was brought a playpen from the 70's. It was dirty and stained and they put a large comforter and blanket it in. Not safe or sanitary. I had to go buy one to use.

It was close to the hospital for my son's doctor appointments.

The fire alarm went off because someone burnt their toast.

No internet service wi-fi didn't reach our room husband missed work conference that night. Front desk Attendant did offer the breakfast bar but he was not conferable doing his conference call out in the open wall plug didn't work either.
