Aloft by Marriott Portland Airport at Cascade Station

Front desk attendant at check in was very kind. Room was immaculate. Bed super cozy. Hotel directly adjacent to the airport .? all great

No it was great. I always wish things were a little cheaper. But c?est la vie.

Bar and the atmosphere

Paying for parking. With the price if the hotel I would have thought it would be included

Location

Not a fan of the room design or bed. I think the hotel is design for a younger crowd. If I was 25 it would be the place to stay.

Close to freeway, shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable.

Micro and coffee pot not useful in the area located. Clothes hang over the micro; not enough room to use the coffee pot comfortably. Layout of micro and coffee need to be changed for functionality. Did not think the minimalist vibe of room was worth price

The room for the hotel was cozy, and the TV options were great.

Every time we took a shower, the smoke alarm would go off. Also, the breakfasts and food were quite expensive.

Modern. Great decor.

Our car and everything in it was stolen from the parking lot. Little to no security in the parking lot. If it is there, it is ineffective.

The staff was extremely polite and very accommodating as well as help and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

The room lay out has no comparison to other hotels

This particular aloft hotel needs updating such as Netflix like other aloft chains in the northwest

Due to Covid, you could have drinks in your room. Had to request a coffee maker.

Separate light in the commode/shower area would have been idea. Other than that, all was good

The room was not clean enough, there was alot of hair near the baseboards that were definitely not ours (white), and the tissue holder was completely empty

Staffs are very polite. Clean, modern, and close from Max train station. (5min walk)

They closed one door by a swimming pool. Since we walk there from a station, it would be a long walk to get another door. Can they put a button or something to open the door who is going to check-in?

Awesome staff, and hotel with amenities

I am not a fan of pets due to allergies. However I understand that I make up a small part of the guest the hotel receives. Therefore it is not a fault of the hotel however I would ask that pet owners be kept to one floor, so others may stay without pets

Very close to the airport, very clean; good for a late arrival or early departure.

The light switches weren't intuitively set so that the room light was turned on by my partner in the middle of the night instead of the light for the toilet. Soundproofing inside the room isn't very good--you can hear what someone is doing in the toilet.
