Housekeeping replaced towels, emptied out trash bins, and replaced toiletries every other day without our ask. Great service!

The shower was dirty and not clean

Room size with sofa area is excellent. Room for a computer desk separate from sleeping area is also terrific! After a long trip we had space to repack suitcases without using bed area. Airport shuttle 24 hours came in Very handy they were prompt.

No trash liners ... as we got in late we needed a method to dispose of our leftover supper. night staff seemed a little sleepy, was slow to acknowledge us. however friendly once they noticed us.

Poor breakfast selection, room 444 had tiny and restricted closet, noisy heater, pool and hot tub not inviting

Clean, friendly staff and loved the decor. The atmosphere was relaxed and calming.

There were a couple inconveniences but nothing we did not like. Stuff happens that is out your control, you just have to deal with it. This won't stop us from staying again.

it was located where i needed to be

I did not like the fact that our tv didnt work right and was not offered a new room. front desk came to our room to show us how to use the tv but it wasnt working correctly.

It was close to where I had to be and there are plenty of food options.

Paying for parking and there was only one staff member on duty at the desk. Also, they were not familiar with outside bookings and tried to tell me that my card was declined instead of asking for help from his supervisor.

I always like to stay at Hyatt Place locations. They¿re nice and you know what you¿re going to get.

The location was disappointing. Our flight got in at 10pm and all of the food establishments in the area were already closed.

Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Location¿ walking distance to a lot of stores and eateries.

There was so much trash outside the hotel. There was a new SUV in the parking lot with three windows broke out. When asked about the parking lot being safe. The employee said well it is Portland. Did not feel safe!

Chose this hotel for proximity to my daughter who I visit in Portland. Close to shops and many restaurants, location is perfect.

I parked my car behind hotel, in a close handicap spot. Overnight the catalytic converter was cut out. When reported to the front desk, I inquired if the hotel has cameras in their parking lot. I was told only the manager could provide that information

Room size, comfortable bed, location. Ended up checking out early due to lack of adequate business services.

Internet did not work in my room or in the lobby. I need 24/7 reliable access. No published information in the room to access technical support (e.g. 800 number). Night shift manager was unable to solve (and failed to refer me to tech support !!!)

Location to the airport is very convenient when coming off a long flight.

Shuttle from airport was not in service but we did see the shuttle taking flight attendants, this was an inconvenience and was difficult to understand why a shuttle couldn¿t take hotel guests.

For a fairly new building, our room was not maintained very well. Stains on carpet, cracked sink and damaged wood work to name a few.

We stayed 3 separate times this week (had to keep making plans due to truck being in shop). Each time we ckd in (& out), staff was fabulously professional & helpful with all questions/needs. Would definitely recommend this HYATT location to everyone!
