Americas Best Value Inn Phoenix Medford

This is an exceptionally nice, moderately priced motel - my preferred style, with doors opening to the outside. The room was large and well lighted. The towels are great, and the bed linens were good. The whole place is clean and quiet.

I was checked in as a walk in when I had a reservation my reservation I was put down as a no-show so I was charged twice I was told I couldn't have any company after 10:00 it was too late

The front desk person was requiring me to pay a $200 deposit because she said that I had a pet, which was untrue. She kept insisting that I had a pet. She called me a liar numerous times. Then,she said that her nose was NEVER wrong. Poor customer service

If you like camping in a rest stop bathroom this is the place! Urine soaked room curtains walls, kicked in front door and bathroom door hit with an axe? Cant run a.c. Since its been pissed in.Owner said all new just remodeled ,so i took a chance ,bad idea

Everything is terrible. Indian owners are lying and just tell you what you want to hear. Truck stop hookers and meth heads crawling around the property. Super gross place stay away!

Amazing experience from the moment that I checked him! The staff were kind and considerate while thoroughly taking care of the room on a daily basis. I was even supplied items in which I had forgotten at home!

The only possible thing I didn¿t like was the bed which, for me was far too soft causing me to sleep the last two nights in the recliner. For most anybody else, that would have been a dream come true!

It was clean. Nice room.

TV and microwave didn¿t work. We have a diabetic child and gave her insulin to match her breakfast. The microwave was broken and caught her breakfast on FIIRE! For a diabetic, receiving insulin and then not food can kill them. This could have killed her.

Photos of wood floor misleading. Got old stained carpet. Hotel next to truck stop, not safe. Room smelled of extremely strong body odor. The toilet was broken and clogged, every towel had brown smears, I inspected everything. No bedbugs. Left w/out refund

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They even let us park our RV right next to the front door so we could hook up to electricity.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The website said there was an airport shuttle and there was not. I had to pay a taxi to take me from the airport and back. If I had known that there was not an airport shuttle I never would have booked this motel.

The lighting in the room is odd. It is difficult to get to and right next to I5 so there is traffic noise.

STAY AWAY!!! management is non responsive. Does a lousy job managing rooms. Lots of workers and instead of placing them in one section they are spread throughout the hotel and kept me up til 1am and woke me up at 530 am and rude and no compensation.

The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean, and pillows were comfortable!

The shower didn't stay hot, the towels were very small and felt rough, there was no key for my room.
