Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn

I like the location right near the beach.. I also enjoyed the fact that they had an indoor pool and a restaurant in the hotel which I was not aware of..

Beach access and location. Clean.

Need more bonfire seating areas outside. They have a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the beach. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it as a large group of men were occupying the area the entire evening. Pool area needs better ventilation.

The crack that ran across the ceiling,the curtain track sticks and is hard to close all the way.

The chairs in the room were in terrible condition.

The location is great, the property is beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. We went and had breakfast at the hotel and it was also delicious and amazingly nice staff throughout the whole hotel. Will definitely come back.

The location of our room; it was on the same floor and path for people entering and leaving the hotel and so, it was a little loud.

Restaurant servers were excellent. Amazing views of the coast from our room.

Room service breakfast order was missing items, they tipped themselves well over 20% which seems wrong. Hostess was grumpy. Fondue appetizer was extremely small portion.

Restaurant and lounge are great and the quiet environment even with families all around!

Ocean view was blocked by scaffolding and staff wasn?t transparent about it. No free breakfast either ( usual case for best western hotels) .

rooms were really nice, pool was wonderful - had to leave early for a fishing trip so didn't get to go in the restaurant.

I will absolutely stay here again. I love that it is across the street from the beach (Pacific Ocean!), and there is a staircase leading down to a wooded park with a trail (my doggy and I enjoyed!); I felt safe leaving my truck in the parking lot...

I ran out of room to mention how friendly ALL the staff are (front desk, lounge, and housekeeping!). The room was perfect.. and I love that they are pet friendly. I would like to see more vegan options on the restaurant menu, other than that... loved it!

They charged the wrong card. The room had mold around the sliding door. The toilet seat was broken. Tv didn¿t work properly.

Beach access is across the street - once you make the trek it is level and quiet.

The desk staff is exceptionally rude and lack the basic understanding of customer service.

Went to the restaurant, ordered the crab cakes, was told We're out of those. Everything gets a zero after that. $200 for a place that can't keep food on the menu? No breakfast either
