Rodeway Inn Newport

Its a great location and it was available on short notice. The bathroom was nice.

The hotel room is cluttered in front with tables, chairs and assorted items.The room has two outside doors. One on each side, which was odd. The bathtub washcloth bar was broken, the bed had a broken bar that was poking trough the refrigerator smelled bad

The room was scungy it looked so old the baseboard heater hadn’t been clean bathroom sink was horrible we had room 104 the desk person was really rude kept saying no animals or smoking several times and had to sign a paper that room wasn’t worth it

Room nice and warm, extra blanket, full size fridge and microwave, hot water for tea. Across from the family Chinese Restaurant which was great!

No healthy options for continental breakfast, sugary/high white carb bagels. Instant Oatmeal / whole wheat toast, piece of fruit would be great. Check-in no greeting and didn't even explain where the room was, like a robot haha with no programming.

The 4pm check-in time and no one earlier was difficult as we had a function in Newport at 5PM

The manager was very helpful - gave me a corner room with lots of parking for my motorcycle away from the cars. I left my IPhone in the breakfast area and he kept it safe for me to come back for.

Need some half & half cream for coffee - I couldn?t handle the sweetened Coffeemate. Also, there needs to be, at least, and answering machine on during the day if the phone is not answered. I rode back 120 miles hoping that my IPhone was there!

Pleasant stay. Quiet and cozy room. Clean. All the extras we needed. As a basic affordable hotel, this was perfect.

Shower leaked, toilet didn't flush, room phone disconnected, no staff available, no one answered phone calls.

The front desk staff was never there in the morning and when he was there he was extremely rude and short tempered.

Location was great! Room was reasonably clean. Office was clean and well stock d with breakfast food.

Carpet in the room left our socks dirty . Bathroom door had been damaged and not repaired.

I really liked this place. The owner or clerk was very nice and breakfast bar is open around the clock. It's nice, because not everyone is on the same schedule

The only thing I had a problem with, is that the need was a little high. I've recently had a knee replacement so it was a little bit difficult to get up on the bed. But it wasn't impossible. I really liked the place

Good counter space in the kitchen area, beds were comfortable, wifi was good, well located.

Room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, entry off the road hard to pull into, breakfast that was included was not useable for us, sugary danishes, no fruit.

Mr. Lee is so SUPER. A nice, friendly, and humorous personality pleasantly mixed (Room 155) with professionalism, nice restaurant and happy polite staff, that keep the room Sparkling. ... Yes..!!!

Very clean, everything needed in the room, comfortable bed, very good shower

The rooms were dirty and unsanitary. Mold in window seals. Sheets stained or unwashed. Garbage on floor,assuming from last person. Overall this place was disgusting and I was very disappointed.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The manager is very polite and friendly. He also recommended the Chinese Restaurant on the same property. This is such a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything, too ... A+

Check in was great. I was given a local map and the person helping highlighted lots of things to see and do. We were given a room back far enough to not hear the traffic on Hwy 101. The price was great.

The hotel was clean and large. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed as far as toiletries were provided. Hotel clerk was very helpful and showed us the continental breakfast items which were fresh. Overall stay was great and we will be back!

Nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Things were great.
