Great view, cute little cottage. There was 6 of us and this was the perfect size. We wish we would have booked for longer because we didn't want to leave.
The location was really the only good thing.
Location!

Cons -

Everything was great. We decided not to pay the extra $15 fee to access the beach/pool since there was public access about 2 blocks away and there was no a/c but that wasn't a big deal.
I was told it would have wifi and it did not which prevented me from getting work done.
Oven was very dirty and smelled bad when it was turned on. Complained and told it would be cleaned but never was.

Location!
