Cons -
- My toddler found a used condom on the window bed. Disgusting. Next we didnt get duvets with washed covers, they only provide thin blankets that dont look washed so after condom experience we were even scared to use those. We left a day early and contacted a property for a refund for the second night but there was no understanding whatsoever and we were completely ignored. Terrible experience and ruined vacation. They also dont show a picture of 2 beds set up. When you pull out a second bed (which is a tv console in the picture) you cant move from one side to the other as beds are right next to each other and are blocking the way. Not shown in the pictures, and its misleading (I was expecting a separate bedroom) It shouldnt be sold as a 4 people accommodation. I am very understanding and never post bad reviews but this experience was just HORRIBLE and the lack of understanding for second night refund just left me no choice but to post this review and warn others.
- Door and lock was weathered and stuck. No dining table or chairs. Tv trays only.
