The front desk host / lady / cleaner
Very convenient. Clean.
It was ok to stay for 1 night.

Cons -

The carpet was damp. more wet then damp actualy and there was a one small portable. Heater for the rooms heat and the guy host was very nosey no complimentary
Fix the heat! It was cold. The space heater was inadequate in cold weather.
The walls are thin, so easy to hear noisy neighbors. Towels were small and thread-bare. You never really see the host, so it was quite impersonal. The carpet was stained at the doorway. So you couldn't help wondering whether the room was sanitary.

Nothing to like here

This place smelled like I was staying in a can of bug stop. I have pictures but you canÂ¿t post them. It took 6 hours to vent the room and then I had to do laundry the next day to wash out the smell. Do yourself a favor and stay at Roseberg.
