Nice staff, clean rooms

Literally no lobby/comfortable sitting space to hang out in. We wanted to play cards, but there was literally no where to do this. More space should be re-allocated for open lounge (vs. "restaurant").

Ants in the room. Not clean.

Clean and safe

Two things: there were things that needed repair. And repairs that were done poorly making the room look bad. Hiltons usually have a breakfast, this one didn¿t.

The pool area.

The price of the room was fine the fact it didn¿t come with free breakfast is ridiculous! I had to pay an extra 16$ each morning to eat breakfast in the hotel¿ Also why does the pool area close at 7¿ the hotel isn¿t a retirement home¿..

The lobby was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The mirror in the bathroom had weird rust stains. The shower curtain was ripped in multiple places. Could not get the tv to work. The bed made a weird loud noises whenever you moved and was just in general uncomfortable

The man at the front desk was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had immediate answers to any questions asked. The hotel bar/restaurant was also very nice and had a great variety. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I felt that 10.00 per person for a continental breakfast was a little excessive

This new, immaculate facility is top notch. The staff is courteous, welcoming and helpful, specially, hotel employee at front desk, housekeeping lead, any general manager! I reserved a king suite lake view, Well worth the small extra fee for such a deluxe room.

Would like to have a restaurant/bar. Heat and cooling system worked well but was a little noisy through the night.

Beds were comfortable Tub was accessible with low side wall

Clean room great check in. Very friendly check in staff only.

Their jacuzzi wasn¿t working which is what I paid the extra money for. I even called to verify before I booked and was told part was in and verified it would be fixed. long check out and person was rude. Very disappointed

people were jumping on the floor whole night in room above mine, after repeated requests, hotel staff did nothing. First they said that curfew starts at 10 pm and well after that also there were series of excuses. I have children and it was so hard!

Noise out of the room. Elevator very noisy.

We were told upon arrival that everything (bar, restaurant) was closed and if we needed anything we had to go outside the hotel to nearby stores.

Not enough towels (used hand towels), only one bath towel

This hotel was clean and nice and the staff were kind and respectful and helpful we only stayed for one night

The sink in the bathroom was not did not drain at all so when somebody wash their hands it drained very slowly but we didn¿t think of saying anything because we were only staying overnight. The shower was very weak it was hard to rinse shampoo off my hai

Room was very spacious and comfortable.

It was disappointing that breakfast was no longer offered in the morning. I believe the description upon booking said it was. If it was due to Covid, then its strange the bar area could be open but breakfast cannot be provided.

Clean, modern and updated room. Far superior to any 3 star wars hotel I have ever stayed at.

I wish the dining room were a little more separate from the main lobby. A few more dinning/dinner selections and at the very least an opportunity to get breakfast!

Location is fine and quiet.

Hotel advertises extra cleaning, wiping and disinfecting. But when we entered the shower we saw hair and red color stock around the shower wall. Hard to know if they were blood or hair color. One wonders if they really do the safe cleaning.
