Days Inn by Wyndham Medford

I was exhausted so I needed a good, clean, quiet bed and pillow and that is what I had! The bathroom was spotless and had hot water. I appreciate the Bible in the room which was a great help. Nice staff, efficient check in! Blackout curtains. Safety.

This hotel is next to a freeway but I asked/got a quiet room with a glaring view of security lights next door. It had a nice balcony so that was a disappointment.There were multiple stains on hallway carpet. There were vagrants in parking lot.

Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

After I went to sleep, my wife went into the bathroom and the door malfunctioned. She spent the entire night locked in the bathroom until I woke up. Manager said it was my fault for not being aware of where my wife was, and not taking care of her.

i did not care for this hotel at all.. the staffwas super friendly helpful..i stayed there only because even with my gold status is was the least expensive room in town..

the hallway smelled there were bugs crawling in my bed

Breakfast. Though wasn't informed at check-in of this. When I inquired in the morning about coffee, front desk (different staff person) said, " If there's any left. It almost 9am..."and pointed to the sign. Snarky! Snark not appreciated prior to coffee!

Location was the only nice thing other than that we will not stay again

The staff was efficient and friendly and the room was very quiet and clean.

Too few electrical outlets in the room for charging electronics.

Pretty much nothing.

It was not clean. In the advertisement it said there was a pool and breakfast was included in our price of the stay. After I paid and arrived at the hotel I was told the pool was closed and there was no breakfast provided.

I room needed upgrades. Carpet needs to be replaced . This hotel was ok for a one night stay but was over priced

The location was convenient.

The room was in need of repair. A ceiling light cover was missing. Some tile baseboard was missing. And there were some fire ants in the room. Some made it into the bed. There were sheetrock repairs done over the toilet that were obvious. Poor value.

Easy off/on from Interstate

Staff - spent 20 minutes talking about customer who had aleady checked in. Ignored us, and 4 other people waiting to check in.

it was close to freeway for easy access but that's all

dirty, ants, very old and outdated decor, can feel springs on the bed, broken step on stairs, very thin walls, creaky bathtub

I would never ever stay at this hotel I didn’t like anything about it.

The floor was wet, the microwave didn’t work, there was powder on the floor, the beds were dirty, the room smelt like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoke room, the curtains were ripped.

Not enough hot water for showers and I don't feel safe on this place. I saw people riding bicycle pass by day and night

Bed was very comfortable. Wi-fi worked well.

Office not open when we arrived to check in, nor was it open when we went to check on breakfast. Breakfast was not made available until after a couple of unanswered calls to the office. Waffles didn't ever cook all the way through; very frustrating.

Horrible room. One of the worst we have ever stayed in. After taxes $--- for this room was absolute highway robbery.

Dirty. Things falling off bathroom walls. Shower head for people under 4 feet tall. Shower floor loud and squeaking. Walls peeling. Dirty broken chair. Dirty carpet.

Price affordable and location

Very unkept , arm chair with dust and grime , squeaky floor and worst when in the shower as you move to soap. Phone to reception never answered and tv set old and outdated

It was close to my doctors. That's the only good thing about this place.

The hotel grounds were very unclean. We found a hypodermic needle on our back patio. The pool was dirty. The food was horrible, everything was watered down. The hotel room door security guard lock was ripped off.

Asked for bottom floor, but couldn't asked for a have that because I booked a single room all bottom floor rooms were doubles. Elevator was out of order. Light in the bathroom flickered like a haunted house. A LARGE BEE WAS IN MY ROOM. TV WAVY!

It was close to the highway and next to food.

Old, run down, somewhere dreams go to die.
