Great staff. Very personable and kind

Not enough cookies

We had a nice quite room on the top floor, and the hotel was convenient to Assante Medical Center, shopping and a good Mexican restaurant.

Strangely, there were no towel racks in the bathroom. It's an older hotel with a slow elevator, but at least there is one!

Felt run down Paint chipping and peeling off the walls $--- for one night was way too expensive

The Veterans Park next door was nice for my traveling companion, my Chorkie pup. I was able to park close to my room.

The room smelled of big wet dirty dog. I had to buy Fabreeze and lysol for pets & spray everything. I left the window open while I took my little dog for a walk. The room smelled much better when we returned, but it cost me $20 to get it good.

Clean

Chose because of the indoor pool but pool was closed and too many children in the jacuzzi.

Lovely room and lobby, pool was very nice and heated and open late until midnight, breakfast was very good, and nice and early for early risers. Nearby fast food places.

It ended up being a bit far from where we wanted to go in Central Point/Medford. The hot tub was very nice, but only some of the lower jets worked and none of the higher jets nearer the surface seemed to work.

Breakfast was good.

Night staff was hard to find every night, walls in room were very dirty, not enough towels in swimming area each night.

location, it is close to gas, places to eat are walking distance, and easy to get back on the freeway.

Location was easy off the freeway & restaurants were within walking distance.

Toilet did t flush & eventually overflowed. Bed was broken and very uncomfortable.

In room phone didn't work, tv didn't have internet hooked up so no channels nor streaming ability, the mini fridge was very loud with a continuous drone/rattle all night.

The staff over all is friendly

The staff profiled my husband when he went to get us breakfast and questioned if he even had a right to be there and if he was sure he had a room.

Clean,quiet and comfortable

Hot Tub and clean comfy rooms. Also it felt safe that the front desk asked many questions of my son in law before letting him come up to my room.

Staff was friendly, the hotel did little things such has a cookies and ice water available when you arrive. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Everything was clean, but the facility was showing some age. The most glaring problem was that the door to the room was not square and required a hard push or pull to open and close.

Nice amenities and good location in that there was plenty of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was gone at 8:30! Everything was empty and the guy refilling would bring 4 pieces of bread at a time. It was instantly gone.

Dirty and non-functioning refrigerator, cracked sink

Location. Easy access to gas station, restaurants, and freeway on and off-ramps. Seating: It was nice to have a couch to sit in for reading, or using my cell phone.

Shower/tub too narrow. Door in bathroom awkward. Sink stopper did not hold water.

I didn't have to ask for towels.

The fan in the bathroom needed a wipe down. It was dusty.
