The bed was very comfortable

I didn't appreciate the attitude of the women who checked us in. We were on vacation when I booked the reservation, & I didn't call to let them know we had a pet. Apparently, this inconvenienced her greatly and she let me know.

Location

Not well maintained well. Floors in hallway and elevator looked dirty,/dusty. Carpet in rome had a very large , dark stain in it , with multiple smaller stains. Furniture was relatively up to the date beat up.. Bathroom door 2 deep dent like fist marks

Difficulty getting in the driveway, the looks of the inside of our room, the horrible bedding with sheets so thin one ripped from a fingernail, I asked for extra blankets- host didnt know if they had any but looked & brought me 2 that came of goodwill.

The heater worked and the sheets appeared to be clean

The hotel was dirty starting in the lobby all the way to the and including the room. The pool was out of service.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good.

Location hard to get in and out of.

Cleanliness and some hotel the pool is not open.

I like the location, and the rooms are decent but some of the staff is awful. There's one lady with the purple hair she's very nice and is there to do her job, but the female "manager" as she calls herself is the rudest person I've ever encountered.

Yes the Hispanic lady who calls herself the manager, even tho I'm pretty positive she's not cuz from my understanding the manager/owner is a male, who btw is very nice abd helpful. But that one front desk lady is beyond rude and disrespectful.

Faucet broken, AC too loud to run. TP holder broke. Staff was nice. Food was eh.

Cleanliness

Toilet is to close to floor. When you are tall, very hard to get up and down. Recommend replacing toilet with a taller one.

The Free Breakfast and the friendly Service.

There were are few housekeeping items that should be looked into- Curtains were coming down, blood stain on white comforter, stains on the carpet in two different spaces. There were also a few maintenance issues that should be addressed as well.

The little restaurant next door.

There was a tent site by the back parking lot, a drug addict in the front. I was required to put pet sheets over the bed and furniture so didn¿t get a good nights sleep! Pet fees are stupid! Constant noise and construction. Awful time!!

Location was good

Room was extremely loud, right across from pool and next to elevator. We didn¿t sleep well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. The breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay, I could not get my children out!

clean, comfortable bed, nice amenities, cookies, helpful staff, fabulous breakfast. Coffee available 24/7.

It was hard to find. The TV show playing in the breakfast room was loud and obnoxious.

Everything in this place is old, it needs refurbishing badly. I have never seen a toilet so low. If you are older it could be a problem. Huge gap under the door to the hall. Would never stay there again.

We checked in at 9:15 to find the bathroom sink had nasty looking 'stuff' in the sink. Contacted the office and she tried to free the blockage but could not, so she called the owner because they were fulll and had no room to move us to. Owner came and

worked for over an hour but finally resolved the issue. We got to bed at 12:00. All the staff were very courteous and helpful, and all ended well (short of a couple hours of sleep;:)!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I greatly appreciated the complimentary cab service to the airport. I wish they could have picked me up form the bus station, too.

There was not an outdoor area to hang out in. It would be nice to have a patio or gardens or landscaped area to relax in. The location was very commercial and lacking in charm, but that's most of the U.S. these days, unless you can afford more luxury.

I am glad we only were spent one night, it was acceptable at best.

The hot breakfast was marginal and the powdered egg were terrible. We checked in at 6:30 PM and we could tell by the amount of work trucks and men drinking in the parking lot, that it was a discounted location for out of area construction workers.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

Power went out second night w/o warning no flashlights were given out. Room doors could not be opened w/the room key do to power outage. People outside could not get in w/ room key,Power came on 5am next day.No compensation was given in price at checkout

Lights in the parking lot went right through those thin white curtains.
