The room was very nice. Comfy bed, clean pool, well maintained rooms

The floors needed to be mopped (when walking barefoot, my feet got dirty), but I just wore slippers and it was fine.

Parking

Room was filthy, wasn?t swept and garbage rappers in all corners, sheets definitely were not changed, drug deals in the parking lot

Everything was in bad condition:missing handles on night stand, desk, spills that haven?t been cleaned up in a long time, I felt very unsafe - a homeless person asked us for a smoke right before coming into this hotel, cigarette holes,

It was beyond nasty with stains on the walls that looked like blood and human waste. Dust everywhere the furniture was old and broken the window had a thick layer of dirt and discolored on the inside.?. The beds were horrible too!

It is so dirty and it needs to be shut down. Im still waiting on my refund from the last reservation i had made for the 24-26th. I should not be charged for this because the motel is a health hazard. My spouse is pregnant and this motel is trashed.

This is a "Budget Hotel" that completely meets the needs of a quick on the road stay at a very reasonable price

While this location is easy access to freeway and food it has the appearance of being a bit "Sketchy"

Was very noisy and fighting going on in the hallways through the night

Nothing, the bed wasn¿t great. The sheets were dirty. Everything was sharply and run down.

I enjoyed my stay check-in and checkout is awesome the room was very clean and very well taken care of the staff was great. And had a great view and it was also very quiet I was very pleased and had a great time with my stay. I give it a good 15 star plus

The hotel is misleading online.Got there and it was like we were catfished.Hotel ro bathroom door had a hole. Wall in room was dirty by the bed. Bathroom hairdryer had hand grime on the handle. I didnt even bother staying.

the hotel was super dirty, dead bugs on the bed and refrigerator. Hair in the shower from previous people. Super disgusting had to check out the same day.

I did not like everything, super dirty, dead bugs. Their ice door fell on my foot because it was left on the floor. Dirty bathroom and floor. Disgusting

It was clean, close to dr office. Acceppted our service dog and emotional support dog Had microwave, fridge, and cable tv.

There was no alarm clock.

If anything, the bed I suppose.

Owners wife and daughter VERY unfriendly. No elevator. Stairs to second level were HUGE and very difficult for our 9 yr old arthritis-ridden dog to climb. Perpetual congregation of people in the hallway. Busted deadbolt on our door...and more...

Overall dirty scummy very poor customer service all around DIRTY AND DISAPPOINTING... Waste of money

Very rude staff only one towel in the king suite pricey for as dirty and smelly as it was very very unhappy with my stay!!

It had a comfortable bed.

Bad smell in hall, carpet in room had big lumps in it, TV would not turn on, "free" breakfast was just cold cereal and pastries - not diabetic friendly.

Good size room. The shower pressure was geat

When i turned on the ac little bugs came out. Theb wheb i undid the bed to sleep i saw an ant walking in the sheets.
