One wall by one of the beds was filthy, looked like it hadn't been wiped down in years. The uncarpeted floor was dirty, it made bare feet filthy. No trashcan in the bathroom. No extra bolt/lock on door for safety. No breakfast as advertised.

Cheap room beds where clean and comfortable

Holes in walls, bathroom door didn't work, sink cabinet was nasty. Bathtub was nasty, outlets didn't work, door lock would unlock but lock again too fast to get in.

There was. Nothing! Yet AGAIN NO HANDICAP!!!!!

The rooms were extremely poor and unclean. There were holes and cracks, blood spots all over the wall in the bathroom and blinds. A light fixture had a towel hanging out of it. The microwave and frig were not cleaned they still had food items.

Close to the Buttercloud restaurant and where our meeting and appointments were.

We have stayed twice now and have had negative experiences both times. First time room was very hot and air-conditioning was noisy, bed was good bathroom had issues. Second time room was very hot, noisy, with guests pounding on doors, bed awful.

The A/C worked! There were 3 bright light bulbs in the bathroom.

I took a shower but there was no soap even after asking at the office. Two of the wall lights had a dead light bulb and one of the bed lamps was broken, there was no lighting at the writing table. Walking around the room in my socks caused blacking.

It was in the town we needed to stop at during our road trip.

Room was full of flies. Housekeeping staff was a shirtless guy not wearing a mask. The linens had visible dirt and stains, footprints, a cigarette burn. One of the bedside lamps was broken, the other had an empty socket with bare wires.

The coffee pot was broken and my room was not ready when I tried to check in, I had to wait an hour or so.

It was clean and tidy. Would have been in a smoking room but it was nice. Parking wasn't up to par but it worked out.

What is there to pick out if you're actually disappointed in the room?

The water never got hot to take a shower, the television was knocked down at an angle, and the cable box was back behind the dresser that it was on. THe while thing was ridiculous, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great price for a nice and clean room. Had a fridge and microwave, which was great.

The washer and dryer area is in an odd, dirty place. There was no machine that sold detergent or dryer sheets so we had to wash our clothes with no soap. The dryer was out of service so we had to air dry our clothes.

It was in a super sketchy area. There were homeless people in the lobby when we got there. The outside was run down.

The staff were very professional and courteous . They made checking in an easy experience. Such a surprisingly great value.

I didn't enjoy being called by check out before it was even 11... and on their online thing when I booked it said 11:30, so maybe making that known to all websites you may book on. Also the TV in our room kept getting static and you couldn't see it.

The air conditioning unit in wall was straining and room was humid...but it was 105 Water pressure in shower was just ok...

Hotel EMployee were friendly and we're very nice about prepping my room early as we arrived earlier than anticipated.

Could have had better towels but other than that it was great.

There was a huge nasty white-ish crusty stain on the bedspread.

Room was remodeled and very nice for the price.

They didn't change the sheets and I was there for a week.
