Rude staff. 3 different instances. Breakfast ended at 9 which is fine but to say no to getting a fork for the food you already got was rude.

Location

New parking fee I won’t stay here gain because of it. No other hotel in Medford charges a parking fee.

The lobby had some cool pillars in it. Otherwise I got a very average and middle of the road experience.

I did not like the room based on the description and price. I've stayed at various other hotels and Marriott around the country and for an executive suite I thought it was small, had just the one room like a standard room and it was on the ground level.

Ease of getting to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle VERY early in the morning. Loved that there was a restaurant on site and that grab & go items were available. Very clean! Comfortable beds and excellent staff!

The only complaint would be the price. My rental car for the week was the same price as one night in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Bistro had nice staff and decent food. The rooms were spacious and up to date.

Online it says this hotel has a pool. It DOES NOT! I was bummed since it was a hot weekend and we were there for two nights. Also, cleaning service does not come if you stay two days, which I did not like very much. We ran out of towels and toiletries.

The decor and ¿feel¿ of the hotel felt very modern and updated. The bathroom felt very posh!

Location. I had to drive to everything. Couldn¿t walk to any bars or restaurants.

Clean place, attentive staff, lounge area in the lobby.

No pool, hard to find the ice machine, there¿s a Starbucks but I couldn¿t easily find it. Room not as large as other reviews made it sound. A little spendy compared to others.

Everything was excellent from the bed, to the A/C, to the Starbucks coffee

Poor condition of the rooms, not cleaned properly Someone smoked pot that filled the hallway.

The pillows at this hotel, like most Marriott are flat and not good.

location was easy to access, UberEats was able to deliver here quickly. I was disappointed that the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable though.

The description stated 'buffet breakfast served daily'. I took this to mean that breakfast was included. Not only was breakfast not included but they are currently not serving breakfast at all and that was not noted anywhere before arrival.

Carpet stained, first floor seemed unsafe because of outdoor area by my room, thought I saw some unsavory characters outside.

This was a great hotel. It was clean and very quiet even though it was near the freeway and the little airport.
