Comfortable and clean!!!!! Very spacious for 4 people!

The continental breakfast was excellent with professional staff attending to immediately clean-up spills and replenish items. Plenty of space was available for my family to dine.

The noise level in the room was very poor. We could hear outside noise, people in the hallway as well as normal-tone conversation in adjacent and above rooms. It was impossible for my family to sleep after 6 am when other guests were waking and street n

Nothing really

The hotel was to expensive and wasn't clean. Bathroom smelled like urine. Location was sketchy and service was just ok. Not worth $--- per night

Most of the employees were very friendly. Specially the girl who was in charge of the breakfast she was the best and even brought crayons and a drawing for the kids.

Only the shower head was weak but that¿s minimal since everything was right.

The beds were noisy just to turn it will make so much noise that woke me up. I could also feel the springs on my ribs. The hotel made me feel depressed, it seemed outdated and run down. It made me feel depressed. Thank God, I stayed there just one night.

the breakfast was not the best, and my wife needs a jacuzzi for her condition but the jacuzzi was shut down This was the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed in

I liked the variety of food in the complimentary breakfast & I liked the indoor swimming pool & also the gym.

Room service was on the slow side.

advertised as a hotel that would except pets I booked the room I called in advance to make sure that I could bring two dogs they told me it was OK when I arrived they said only one dog per room $150 night per dog Dog cost was more than the room cost

The Hampton Inn is by far the best hotel I stayed with while on my motorcycle trip. Everything about the room was first rate. It was also the most expensive but so is the City of Medford, Oregon.

I like the staff best. They are friendly, helpful and cheerfully answer questions. They keep the rooms, hallways, lobby, and even the outside entry spotless.

Not enough handicap parking.

Website needs to be upfront about pet fees instead of "additional charges may apply." I was charged $150 for 1 night which is more than double the cost of room. I was then told they're privately owned and this is the market rate.

The room was nice. But the room next to mine was doing something that disturbed me all night. They slammed there door every 10 to 15 minutes from around 6pm to 3am. That's all night. I rented at this hotel because I thought it would be a nice one.

The bed was very uncomfortable hard as a rock! There was people fighting in the hallways . My husband called the office and she said I will call their room and that was it!!!!

The room was large and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The internet was fast and TV channels were satisfactory. They are keeping the hotel very clean and taking safety precautions during the pandemic. Great location too.
