yes room is not as advertised, old run down, old carpet with stains, burns on counter in bathroom, sleeper sofa in livingroom had blood or poop on it had to sleep on floor when I complained I was told simply sorry and no compensation

There was a ridiculous amount of noise from the room upstairs for hours. Lasted until I called to complain at 10pm. I had never stay again on a bottom floor.

Location off the freeway

This hotel needed updating at least a decade ago. Beds were uncomfortable and linens were stained and old. It was a suite with another unit above us. During the night you could here them above us which sounded like they were in our unit.

This was a wonderful stay -- close to I5, near to PDX, comfortable,clean, large with great staff.

That I couldn't stay longer!

Noise from room above ours. Sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around. TV was too small and remote control only worked if you press really hard.

1) Jacuzzi was dirty and the water was part of pool water. 2) breakfast buffet was not the Residence Inn standards if comparing with the other ones. Way below... 2 star hotel quality. 3) breakfast buffet hours... 9:00 am. 30 minutes shorter than others.

Garden-style units (vs high rise building) with steps to parked car. Quieter neighborhood and not overlooking the highway.

The pull out sofa bed was soiled and our room smelled like smoke. No where near a 3 star rating.

Since the hotel is designed for longer stays, the extra furniture and utensils provided were much appreciated.

Since the hotel is designed for longer stays, we did not expect -- nor did we find -- amenities such as shampoo, a hair dryer, etc. The room was sanitary, but the shower was just a bit stained on the floor. Just be sure to plan ahead for this level.

The was a free Mixer with free drinks and food during happy hour hours in the lobby.

It was a little secluded so less street traffic. They served soup and bread at 6 PM. It was not only delicious but the perfect dinner since we had sat all day riding.

Very nice experience at Residence Inn. The whole family were over thrilled when opened the door.

Friendliness of staff, cooperation of management to extend our stay for an additional hour, great breakfast, and complementary wine and cheese. They even upgraded our room to a penthouse.

The wi-fi was lousy. It averaged one bar at best.

The Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

Cold A/C, Great Housekeeping and Wonderful Staff were all a part of our stay.

The room smelled like someone had cooked something rancid. The smell remained the whole time we were there.

Terrific value and location. Very family friendly. Staff were very pleasant. Apart from the issues with the room- we really liked the hotel and staff. Breakfast was terrific.

The room had a very unpleasant odor. Perhaps it had been a smoking room at one time, and then it was covered up with Febreze? Also the bathroom was not fully cleaned when we arrived- and there were some insects. Was vacant a long time, I think.
