I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and updated. I enjoyed the nice facility and the pool. Overall a gorgeous pool.

We love staying at this hotel but this time it was under some heavy construction and I do mean heavy! Jackhammers, buzz saws, hammering etc. They really had the whole lobby/bar area torn apart. Elevators were super slow

When it?s not under construction, we love it but I hate paying for parking (only $10 but still.?)

Location good. Wrong type room; coffee maker didn?t work, fitness center was closed. No cups or drinking glasses in room. No room service menu

Would not stay there again.

One elevator was not working, they are renovating the hotel (which was nowhere on the website) so at 8am they started all their power tools and banging stuff directly above our room.

One of the elevators didn't work, they were doing renovations on the floor above us so there was banging and drilling going on early in the morning which lasted all day until the evening. Half the time they didn't clean our room.

Location, room was spacious, jacuzzi was fantastic. Room service was wonderful.

The $10 parking fee seems a bit absurd. Should be included in the day rate. Was for me, but did not know that until I checked out.

Staff was noisy. Cleaning staff used the secondary locking flaps to keep all doors open a crack. When they came and went out of each of room, the doors slammed into those flaps instead of closing. Lots of repeated banging. Hotel had very few guests.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Given an ADA room - loved the extra space though bathroom was a bit awkward

$10 fee for parking. Lot was mostly empty. Fee is simply a money grab because they can - something most hotels hve been doing since pandemic

Location, elegant decor, friendly staff and excellent service

It is a little concerning how slick the shower floor is. I put a hand towel down for traction. A tubmatt would be a nice addition

I was placed on the busy side of the hotel road noise and mechanic ventilation noise

We booked specifically for the hot tub and we had no way of knowing both the pool and hot tub were temporarily closed. Also, some light surface mold above the shower on the paint should be cleaned,

The location was great, upon walking in, the entrance is beautiful & large & you're greeted with folks smiling & willing to help. They gave me early checkin which was much appreciated, They offer a 24 hr market on the main floor if you need anything

I don't believe the room I was in had been vacuumed, I found items on the floor that were not mine, so that would be a recommendation, also the shower stall had a slimy surface that could cause a fall, another person staying there mentioned to me the same

The room was clean and very attractive. Breakfast was amazing.

there was no microwave and I had to ask for one, they said they would try but don't usually include micro's in rooms, only suites. However, they did find one and delivered it to my room. they charged $75 for pet fee, :-(

Parking - the lot was just OK and the parking was at a cost and it should be free in this area

An excellent location (near an exit on I-5 and a variety of restaurants).

I asked for a quiet room & was assigned one with noisy neighbors. There was only one phone in the room--far from the bed--and it DID NOT WORK. Partially disabled & traveling without a cell, I could not call for room service or a wake-up call.

Not enough lights in room. Too dark. Needed lights on both sides of bed & floor lamp near couch.

Room was larger than we expected and comfortable for 4 adults. Large lobby, ample parking. Flexibility in booking process when we canceled our first room and rebooked a larger room at a reasonable price.

Disappointed in the lack of housekeeping and stocking of the basics: towels, coffee and cups.
