Pros +
- The atmosphere and friendliness of staff.
- Room was nice and interior of the hotel was clean and spacious
- Best breakfast I've had in a while! Great staff, modern renovated interior and rooms.
Cons -
- My problem was with the Booking.com app because it said there were rooms available, but when I arrived at the place, all the rooms were occupied. But the hotel itself was also in bad shape. I would have preferred they send me to another hotel they have instead of a completely different one. The night at the hotel they sent me to was cheaper than what I paid at the AC Hotel, and I didn't think it was fair.
- Our tv never worked… it was stuck on the hotels advertisement loop.. so that was a bummer!
- Having fresh coffee for guests in the lobby would have been nice. Making it in the room isn't very good. OR having coffee for sale in the morning in addition to the breakfast one can purchase. I didn't want the food. Just the coffee.

Room was nice and interior of the hotel was clean and spacious
