Twice staff came into our room and bypassed our DO NO DISTURB sign. The second time they came into our

Middle of the night water rupture causing the hotel alarm system to go off (which is good). No explanation from staff as to cause (which isn't good. Guests on my floor were left to panic and sleuth out information for themselves.

the beds were comfortable. the hotel amenities met all of our needs.

Unfortunately you can hear the people in the hall and the room above you. the people in the hall were loud and the people above us walked heavy.

The family suite was convenient. We appreciated having this option over splitting into two rooms. The staff was nice.

The breakfast was not great and items were not replenished throughout the morning. No cleaning service was provided during our stay, but they provided clean towels when we called to ask. The sink pipe leaked water onto the floor.

Very clean . Loved the option of three queen beds. Very unusual but exactly what we needed.

Vending machines close to empty. TV remotes did not work well. I know they were short staffed but breakfast wasn¿t monitored and food almost empty by 8:00. One apple left for fruit!

The night receptionist went out of his way to improve our stay.

Air conditioning rattles all night. Placement of TV in room did not work since we couldn't watch TV in bed. Breakfast was disgusting, watered eggs, no protein, shared milk gallon jug, etc

I was there for 2 nights and had 3 rooms. Front desk staff was excellent and very responsive to the issues I faced in various rooms.

Very disappointing. The first room smelled like urine. In room 2, the toilet didn¿t work and there was as a significant water leak under the sink. Although AC was set to 60, rooms didn¿t cool off. Refrigerators barely kept things cold. Won¿t return.

Had to ask for additional toilet paper and Kleenex, no extra blankets in room, a few hairs in shower, coffee in breakfast room tasted like mud, noisy room although had asked for quiet room away from stairs, busy road

I appreciate the hotel offering breakfast. There was a variety of foods to choice from. However, the food was not very good. The eggs were tasteless. The potatoes were undercooked and tasted frozen. The waffles were tough. The room was very clean.

I had the single King room and it was huge. There was a small sofa and a microwave oven and a small refrigerator. And of course it has a coffee maker. And it was very clean. And their location was perfect.

The only negative is not really a big deal if it's right close to the freeway so you do get some traffic noise.

Cleanliness of entire facility. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking for large vehicles is challenging when lot is full.

The family suite was very spacious, the breakfast was good and the pool, hot tub and fitness room were nice amenities. Stores close by and handy.

Location, price, discreet staff.

The separate area with a sofa, desk, and refrigerator was really nice.

The bed was pretty good, but it bounced every time someone got up or sat down on it.

The cleanliness of my room was wonderful. I very seldom walk on hotel floors with bare feet and there always seems to be some sort of "smell" when you walk into your room for the first time. Freshness greeted me at the door and off came the shoes!

The only reason I gave the room a 9 instead of a 10 was the refrigerator. If you really needed to use it for perishables, it just wasn't cold enough to keep food at a safe temperature - and I saw no way to adjust it. This could be an issue for some.

the tv and cable company phoenix uses sucked. remote didnt make sense as the channels were 25.1 etc.cheesy, hardly any selections.would not recommend

Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, clean rooms. Best combination of reasonable room rates and good ratings in this area, and Phoenix did not disappoint. Despite being right next to the freeway, it was a reasonably quiet and pleasant stay.

The staff made the difference with their friendly assistance and knowledge.

Natilus weight machines for strength training would have been nice.
