Red Lion Inn & Suites La Pine

There are a lot I didn't like about the hotel. To name a few, the hotel stuff we're not friendly. When I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, they told me thehy wanted to cancel my booking because the room was not ready! And I have to wait for 3 hour if stay.

Close to highway, but not near high speed or downshifting trucks. Clean and comfortable. Good night's sleep.

Carpet inside and out depressingly stained and threadbare. Room overall was dirty and run-down.

Good shower

Very limited breakfast. Never had a breakfast with such poor selection. Took a long time to check us in although we were only ones checking in. Really old tired hotel not worth $---night we paid. Dirty old rug leading to rooms on 1st and 2nd floors.

The hotel was dated. Some new flooring that was dirty. I paid a higher price because i thought we would have a breakfast. There were very few items set up in a little corner in the lobby. It should be against the law to offer breakfast and serve that.

The tub/shower was new as were all the fixtures

The price was extremely high for the quality of the room. I thought Red Lion hotels were all upper scale hotels, but we definitely learned otherwise. We paid the price of an upscale room with Motel 6 quality. We booked online so was nonrefundable.

Nothing!

Was not aware of a $100 dollar deposit incase of damage or something missing from the room. We should have known in advance. This was the first time we have ever done this. It took the Motel several days to put it back in our account. Would not recommend.

The best part was getting away from the front desk lady, she was horrible and rude.

The price was ridiculous for such a small room and location. The front desk lady was super rude and she overcharged our card and we still haven¿t gotten a return. Very poor hotel.

It had a room available in a busy season when there were few options.

I made the reservation online on the road on a cell phone. The room I reserved for $--. had one bed and I needed two beds. I called to see if the room had two beds. I was told that they have a 2-bed room. They then charged $---. and would not negotiate.

It was clean and good bed

Yes, tv did not work, no breakfast as advertised, stale sweet rolls, no fridge, shower in bad shape

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

The ads for this hotel stated "Newly remodeled with flat screen tv's and pillow top mattress'". The pillow top mattress was just a matress with a piece of egg crate foam on top. The flat screen tv was from the late 90's. Rude staff.

Near to eateries, mini-mart and gasoline. Easy in and out. Parking outside of room door.

Probably the most economical option in the entire region.

They complementary breakfast was dollar tress garbage the ceral was stale and the milk was old. On top of that no alternative milk option for my todder with allergiesNo couch or anything for my kids to sit on.

Nothing the front desk girl was rude. My daughter requested they give her money back. My daughter stayed somewhere else she refused to stay here.

I like that they had an ice machine. A HUGE bonus for me.

This was a poor example for the Red Lion chain. Room as outdated, the stairs were falling apart and dangerous.This hotel honored our nation by jacking up their prices right before Memorial Day weekend.The passing trains were very loud .

where do I begin? the room wasn’t clean and the bathroom had mold. none of the flooring trim was finished and most was not attached. there’s wires hanging out of wall and most of the walls there’s poorly patched holes.

Paper thin walls/door. Could hear all neighbors. Neighbors on one side were up fighting and yelling all night from midnight to 6 am. No sleep. Almost called police several times. Probably should have.
