- I honestly didn't like one thing about this motel....beginning with the check in with a rude clerk and having to speak/hear through a small opening in the window. It was a dump!
- Not much
- I actually really like the wood floor - hotel carpets are gross. It could use a small rug or something though. Front desk clerk was great as well.
Cons -
- Still waiting for my refund. Key card didn¿t work went and got a new one key card didn¿t work sent me to another door that he buzzed me into into.
- I have never been spoken to by someone in the service industry like I was by the clerk at this motel. I don't expect gushing friendliness, but basic courtesy would have been appreciated. Because of this, we cancelled our four rooms. Their loss.
- Staff was not knowledgeable about most things , such as maintenance and definitely had very low customer service skills
