Tv didn’t work staff scrambled to look for batteries for remote, advise to use for phone for entertainment

It's difficult to name anything that was a positive.

Room was dirty. 1 nightstand drawer was dirty and smelled like weed. The other had graffiti in it. There was less than half a roll of TP for us to use. The lid for the toilet didn't fit. There was blood on the wall in tje bathroom. Ice machine didn't work

Was near enough to the softball tournament.

Big Black Beatles inside rooms, rooms smell like cigarettes, mildew/mold in various spots, can see through door jam when shut and locked,

Asking for blanks and got 1 instead of 2. Asking seemed like 2 much of a problem.

Quiet room. Tv worked. Comfy bed. 1st level room with one queen bed, end of hall, right next to exterior door (R of building).

The shower head wall mount was broken! A minute into my shower, the shower head came tumbling down, luckily not on me. I had to hold the shower head the entire time I showered. Grumpy staff at check-in.

The rooms and bathrooms are always clean. The staff are nice and very helpful.

The AC unit in some rooms are really old. The fans in the bathroom still run sometimes when you turn it off.

The price, staff, and cleanliness.

No extra pillows. 1 bath towel for 2 guests. Hot tub broken

The sink and toilets were old and banged up quite a bit. If these 2 items were in good shape this would be a decent place to stay.

Hot tub was out of service and the front desk said it has been that way over 6 years.

I liked nothing about this place. It was falsely advertised

This hotel is disgusting inside and out, there was no hot water, the staff was unprofessional, people hanging out in the parking lot, the room smelled of mildew and smoke, the towels had brown stains, there was no iron as advertised, poorly maintained

Pool was freezing and no bedding or blankets for the pull out bed

Needed more toilet paper. Only one small roll in room. AND NO HOT WATER TRIED TO SHOWER AND BATH AND WATER WAS SLIGHTLY WARM TO COLD ¿¿

It's close do I want to stay overnight.

They didn't have creamer and sugar for the complimary coffee in the room. The light in the bathroom would go dim while it's taking a shower. In past when staying at this hotel, I had to pull out about a foot of hair out of the drain in the tub,

Location

Curtains were not hung completely. Door security latch was barely hanging on. Had to unplug lamp to turn off or turn on. Bath towel bar fell off. No spare toilet paper roll. Rear hotel exterior security door always propped open over night.

Never got to stay in it, no more than checked in and I had to go to hospital with a unexpected medical condition. Only used 1 of 2 rooms we had rented for the weekend.

Hard to reach staff at front desk. No refunds were possible either.

Nothing. It was gross and unsafe

End doors were propped open and homeless men came in. Plumbing and electrical were in poor condition. Curtains were hanging slipshod. There were condoms in the nightstand. Only one washcloth. It was filthy with stained chair and torn carpet.

The air conditioner & TV did not work. The agent would not get us another TV and she gave us a fan that did not help. There was a heat wave. WE were sick by mourning.

At least there are lot of empty parking lot I guess that is WHY

I was very disappointed this time that I stayed there. And will not go there anymore. The room smell bad carpet smells really bad and the microwave dirty inside hardly any towel tissue and dusty counters ask for maid service and didn't get any Nora

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient, and competent. The rooms are clean, well kept, have microwaves, refrigerators, and nicely decorated. It is right on the main road of a charming well appointed little town.
